Sales Coordinator - Oahu


The Sales Coordinator is responsible for coordinating sales activities related to heavy machinery, equipment, or industrial products. The primary goal is to facilitate the sales process, support the sales team, and ensure smooth transactions.

Essential Functions:

  • Assist the sales team in preparing and organizing sales materials.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly with your sales team.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve products and services.
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers.
  • Follow up with customer after sale has been made.
  • Warranty registration for new equipment that has been sold.
  • Collaborate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Prepare and present quotations and proposals to assist your sales team.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop competitive pricing strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Provide market insights to the sales team for better decision-making.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities and target markets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and documentation.
  • Generate regular reports on sales activities, performance, and forecasts.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales coordination, preferably in heavy machinery or industrial equipment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
