Rental Coordinator - Oahu


The Rental Coordinator coordinates and performs responsibilities related to the Company’s Rental Department by facilitating the rental process on all islands. The Rental Coordinator will also assist in overseeing the rental clerks and technicians for all branches.

Essential Functions:

  • Monitor branch rental logs and work with Manager and Equipment Manager to make sure there is sufficient rental fleet at each branch.
  • Create RDW certificates for all branches.
  • Review daily accuracy of customer invoices and that service/repairs are completed in a timely manner.
  • Review vendor rental invoices for efficiency and submit for approval.
  • Create and maintain rental procedures, distribute to all branches, and train appropriate personnel.
  • Department audits to ensure procedures are followed properly. 
  • Assist Accounts Receivable with collections of unpaid invoices (Oahu and other branches as needed).
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Construction equipment knowledge.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
